The pressure put on kids to play his or her best, along with achieving high grades in academics, is intense. Make sure your child is properly fueled for the challenge, including food and drink.

On the playing field, or during activities, encourage water intake, or water and Gatorade for high intensity sports. Dehydration and failure to replenish electrolytes will cause kids to become warn out. Supply your child with ample water and/or sports drinks for refueling during the game. Don’t count on the coaches or school to provide these things. Encourage a quality protein source with each meal such as eggs, beef, or chicken. Also, encourage fresh fruit and vegetables with each meal. There is no known cure for arthritis. Prolotherapy and nutritional supplements can help alleviate, reverse, or end arthritic pain by treating an underlying cause that contributes to degenerative disease, ligament laxity. Strengthening ligaments and other connective tissue can help prevent bone on bone arthritis from developing.
